· Avaus helped the kitchen manufacturer to rapidly switch focus to booking online meetings instead of physical ones.

· A dedicated cross-competence team was put together to start optimising digital communication.

· Existing martech stack was harnessed to adapt to the COVID-19 situation: marketing automation campaigns were updated to promote online video meetings with kitchen experts and inform customers and leads about the changes in store opening hours.
